In our civil litigation practice we will generally represent plaintiffs or defendants. One notable exception is that we generally will not represent a plaintiff in an action for alienation of affections and criminal conversation.
The firm's civil litigation practice generally involves civil cases brought in the district and superior courts for Cabarrus, Rowan, Stanly, Iredell and Mecklenburg Counties. It is highly advisable that you or your business have the advice and assistance of an experienced, competent attorney in a civil litigation case. The Courts apply the North Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, and if you fail to follow those rules then your case may be dismissed (if you are a Plaintiff) or judgment may be entered against you (if you are a Defendant).
